Celebrating the Australian 18-Footer and other Open Boats
Have a look at the MENU, lots of YARNS, lots of images and heaps of information about Aussie open boats
New in April....

The YARNS Page has a new yarn KISMET Trophies return to Sydney Flying Squadron about how a bunch of trophies won by KISMET has been donated to the SFS and what the Squadron plans to do with them.
....and from March....

The North Coast Champion 18-footer HASTINGS spent the whole of the 1927-28 season in Sydney, and her story is now up on the 18-FOOTERS Page.

JM Firth's ZENA (1905) is now listed on the 18-FOOTERS Page. Note the lack of lee-cloths.

18-footer MASCOTTE features on the OOPS! Page with a fairly minor oops! with the possibility of it worsening.....

Don't forget to have a squiz at our sister-site www.historicskiffs.org.au the official website of the Australian Historical Sailing Skiff Association Inc. The site features the activities and the history of the AHSSA and its fleets of replicas of historical 18-footers and 10-footers.
